Hemmingway's Parisian Daiquiri

Ok so Ernest Hemingway’s stints in Paris and Cuba were like a decade apart, but this variation on his namesake daiquiri can time travel. I keep the cherry liqueur from the La Floridita version, but sub in Suze—a bitter French apéritif—as a weirdo stand-in for grapefruit juice. Shake, strain, and sip.
